Terms of use
Production terms for the public snapshot, invited assessments and related reporting services.
Effective: 7 September 2026 · Version 2.01. Provider
The service is provided by Macrocyra UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Balbronner Str. 4, 14195 Berlin, Germany, represented by Clemens Chaskel, Managing Director. Contact: admin@innovationflow.app. Provider details are in the Impressum.
2. Service, contract and access
InnovationFlow Diagnostic provides a public individual snapshot and controlled, facilitated assessment campaigns for organisations. The public snapshot can be used without an account. Full assessments, participant spaces, cohort reports and operator workspaces require access granted by Macrocyra or an authorised project facilitator.
Submitting a full-assessment request authorises contact about the requested service but does not itself create an account, launch a campaign, form a consultancy mandate or commit either party to purchase. Commercial consulting, subscription, service level and project terms are agreed separately. Features expressly labelled pilot or preview remain evaluation features within the otherwise operational service.
The service is intended for professional and organisational use by adults. If a client commissions a campaign, its agreed order, statement of work or other individual agreement takes priority over these terms where they conflict.
3. Permitted use and access security
You may use the service for lawful innovation-management, roadmapping, organisational learning and related consulting work. You must provide information you are authorised to use, protect private access links and credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise.
You must not bypass access controls, submit malware, interfere with operation, probe data belonging to others, scrape the service without written permission, impersonate another person, or use results to make unlawful or discriminatory decisions. Participant links are personal and must not be forwarded. Macrocyra may rate-limit, suspend or revoke access to protect the service, comply with law or respond to misuse.
4. Customer content, confidentiality and data protection
You retain rights in content you lawfully provide. You grant Macrocyra the limited rights needed to host, secure, process, analyse, display, export and return that content as part of the requested service. You remain responsible for its legality, accuracy and the instructions given to participants.
Do not enter unnecessary personal data, special-category data, personal allegations or third-party confidential material unless the applicable controller has established a lawful basis and agreed the required safeguards. Each party protects non-public information with reasonable care and uses it only for the service or engagement, unless disclosure is legally required or the information was already lawfully public or independently known.
The privacy notice and Datenschutzerklärung describe the applicable data flows. Where Macrocyra processes campaign content for a client as processor, the agreed data processing terms under Article 28 GDPR also apply.
5. Assessment and report boundary
Diagnostic results are structured decision support. They are not a psychometric test, certification, statutory audit, benchmark, legal or financial advice, or a statement of fact about an organisation. A public snapshot reflects one respondent. Group outputs depend on the defined cohort, response coverage, privacy thresholds, reference period and evidence available.
Automated calculations, generated narrative and AI-assisted drafts may be incomplete or wrong. Material findings and consequential decisions require human review, alternative explanations and appropriate operating evidence. The service does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about participants solely by automated means.
6. Availability, support and changes
Macrocyra uses reasonable care to operate and secure the service. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, no specific uptime, response-time or recovery commitment applies. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages and necessary changes may temporarily affect availability.
We may improve or change features while preserving agreed access to customer content and mandatory rights. Pilot features may change more frequently or be withdrawn. Support is available at support@innovationflow.app.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
Macrocyra and its licensors retain rights in the software, assessment architecture, methods, designs, branding and documentation. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during authorised access. They do not grant a right to copy the question catalogue, resell the service, reverse engineer protected components or create a competing instrument from its content.
You may provide feedback voluntarily. Macrocyra may use non-confidential feedback to improve the service without payment. We will not present your identity, organisation or confidential material as an endorsement without permission.
8. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraudulent concealment, or mandatory product-liability rules. For slight negligence, Macrocyra is liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty and only for foreseeable, typical damage. These limits also apply to representatives and agents.
9. Duration, suspension and deletion
You may stop using the public snapshot at any time. Invited access ends on expiry, revocation or the end of the applicable engagement. Macrocyra may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment under a separate agreement or material misuse. Data are handled under the retention rules in the privacy notice and any applicable client agreement.
10. Governing law and contact
German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If the user is a merchant, legal entity under public law or public-law special fund, Berlin is the agreed place of jurisdiction. Mandatory statutory venues remain unaffected.
